Very thick, rubbery or wallet cases can weaken the magnet. For best hold, use a slim MagSafe case or a flat case with the included ring.

Yes. Cellon Magnetic Power Bank works with most phones that support Qi wireless charging or USB-C.

Other iPhones with wireless charging (8–11) and most Android phones: use the included self-adhesive magnetic ring on a flat case to get a secure magnetic snap, or place the phone on the pad for normal Qi wireless charging (magnet hold may be weaker or none, depending on the case).

Phones without wireless charging, very thick cases or metal cases can be charged with the USB-C cable only. Metal plates between the phone and the power bank can block wireless charging.

In short: if your device supports Qi wireless charging or USB-C charging, it will work. More specifically:

Real-world results depend on your phone model, screen brightness, 5G usage and whether you charge wired or wirelessly. As a ballpark:

• 5000 mAh: around ~1–1.5 full charges of a modern iPhone.
• 10000 mAh: around ~2–2.5 full charges of a modern iPhone.

Wireless charging is a bit less efficient than cable, so you’ll always get slightly more runtime using USB-C.

Wireless output is up to 15 W on MagSafe-compatible iPhones. USB-C Power Delivery (PD) can go up to 20 W, depending on what your phone supports.

Note: charging from the power bank is different from plugging your phone into a 30–60 W wall charger. It’s designed for mobility, not to fully replace a desk fast-charger.

• phone on the magnetic pad + earbuds wirelessly, or
• phone via USB-C cable + another device wirelessly.

Total output is shared, so if you charge two devices at once, they may charge slightly slower than when charging a single device.

The pack includes protection circuitry specified by the manufacturer (over-current, over-voltage, over-temperature and short-circuit protection), similar to other modern quality power banks.

Mild warmth during charging is normal. For best long-term battery health:

• avoid using the phone on max brightness + heavy 3D gaming while charging,
• use it between roughly 0–35 °C ambient temperature,
• don’t cover the power bank with blankets or pillows while it’s working.

Yes. The 5000 mAh and 10000 mAh versions are well below the usual 100 Wh limit for carry-on batteries.

• Pack it in hand luggage, not checked baggage.

If your product is faulty or doesn’t match the description, email us at info@cellonstore.com with your order number and clear photos/video of the issue. We’ll offer an appropriate remedy in line with EU consumer law (repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund).

Not covered: damage caused by misuse, accidents (drops/impacts), water/liquid exposure, unauthorized modifications/repairs, or normal wear and tear. Also note: battery capacity naturally decreases over time with use — this normal degradation is not considered a defect.
